Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-6-BE-LED Description
Ideal for use in butcher shops and grocery stores, the Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-6-BE-LED fish/poultry full-service case features a 74-inch-wide build with a heavy-gauge steel super structure to ensure longevity. The sides can be removed to connect with other cases for an endless design. Located beneath the cabinet is the self-contained refrigeration system, which works to cool the unit between 38 and 40 degrees, as determined by the electronic controller’s input settings. This system utilizes R153a refrigerant.
To support packaging equipment and to withstand continuous interaction, the Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-6-BE-LED poultry/fish display case features a stainless steel top. The exterior is black, while the interior is white; these neutral tones enable the meat to stand out. Affixed to the front of the cabinet is a curved, thermal-insulated window that, combined with the interior lighting, provides a clear view of the display spread. The Copevap system reduces condensate accumulation, while the electronically controlled defrost system functions automatically to prevent ice development.
