Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-4-LED Description
Designed for heavy use in delis and grocery stores, the Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-4-LED full-service fish/poultry case is constructed of steel and features a 1-inch front bumper. For convenient servicing and cleaning, the unit’s front and rear grills are removable. Displayed products are visible under interior LED lighting and can be loaded and unloaded through the two top doors. The case’s air-insulated baffle prevents moisture from dripping into the display area, while CFC-free insulation is foamed between the metal paneling.
The Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-4-LED fish/poultry case uses a self-contained refrigeration system and R513A expansion valve system to maintain operating temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Using electronic controls, staff can adjust temperature and defrost settings. The unit’s copevap system eliminates the need for a condensate pan. Overall, this unit measures 50 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 49 3⁄5 inches high.
