With a 23-cubic-foot interior, the Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-4-BE-LED full-service fish/poultry case has two main deck shelves, two ice pans, and two rows of LED lights. The grills and end panels are removable for servicing, and the rear doors and front glass provide a clear interior view, facilitating customer browsing. Overall, this case measures 50 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 49 3⁄5 inches high, and the exterior features a black finish.
The Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-4-BE-LED fish/poultry case keeps food cool in its self-contained case using the R513A expansion valve system and digital controls. The holding temperature can be set between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, which is maintained with the unit’s foam insulation and air-insulated baffle. To preserve product moisture levels, the refrigeration system includes a full-length gravity coil, and the automatic defrost reduces frost development.
