Lang ECOH-PT Description
The icon-based controls in the Lang ECOH-PT electric convection oven can hold 99 unique product programs. Maintaining temperatures within four degrees of the set level, the solid-state thermostat can be adjusted from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Thick insulation on all six sides of the cooking compartment ensures that hot air remains inside while preventing the outside from getting too hot and burning users. With a cook-n-hold feature, the oven holds food at warm temperatures after cooking is finished.
The Lang ECOH-PT single half-size convection oven can hold five food pans in nine different positions depending on need. To ensure food does not burn or overcook, users can monitor it through the door’s tempered glass window. The heavy-duty door is left hinged and it can be field-reversed to the right side if needed. This oven is user-friendly—it can link to the computer for swift programming—compensating automatically for time, temperature, heat loss, and shelf positions.
