Lang ECOF-AP1 Description
The Lang ECOF-AP1 full-size electric convection oven has a heavy duty 430 stainless steel exterior and an interior made from porcelainized steel, adding durability for commercial settings. The oven has one deck with five chrome-plated racks that adjust to 7 different positions. The temperature ranges from 150 degrees to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep temperature accurate within 4 degrees, there is an Accu Plus solid state temperature control. The oven is equipped with a simple time and temperature control knobs, a one-hour timer with a non-stop buzzer, and a pulse-fan switch.
The oven features simultaneously-opening doors with double-pane, tempered glass windows, providing a view of your cooking product. Lighting inside the compartment further allows the contents to be monitored while cooking. The Lang ECOF-AP1 full-size electric convection oven has a two-speed fan that circulates air, evenly heating the interior. A door interlock switch turns off this fan when the doors are opened. Two inches of insulation surround the oven on six sides for more efficient heating.
