Designed to thrive in bustling commercial kitchens, the Lang 260T LG Series countertop gas griddle is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It's lifted on four legs that adjust from 1.38 inches to 4 inches to accommodate changing kitchen needs. This design not only protects the countertop from heat damage, but it increases the distance underneath the unit for cleaning. Grease removal is streamlined with its 5.5-inch side and rear splash guards, which help contain hot oil for draining into the grease trough and two grease drawers.
The Lang 260T commercial gas griddle cooks multiple foods simultaneously. Each 12-inch griddle section is heated by a 27,000-BTU burner, and the burner is controlled with a snap-action thermostat with a temperature range between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Equipped with five individually controlled cooking zones, the 60-inch-wide by 23-inch-deep cooking surface retains and recovers heat with help from internal plate temperature sensors, which are 0.19-inch beneath the 1-inch-thick, polished steel griddle plate surface. Its thick plate won't warp or crack with back-to-back use or constant reheating, making it a long-lasting piece of equipment.
