Suitable for high-volume use, the Lang 260T LG Series countertop gas griddle has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction to endure humid kitchen environments. Designed to fit on a countertop, the unit has a 60.1-inch-wide by 31.6-inch-deep footprint. Multiple foods can be cooked on its 60-inch-wide by 23-inch-deep cooking surface simultaneously as each 12-inch section is independently controlled by a 27,000-BTU burner. Accu-Temp™ thermostat controls heat the burners from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and internal sensors in the 1-inch-thick steel griddle plate ensure heat is properly transferred throughout use for quick recovery times. Its thick plate won't warp or crack from high-heat use, making it a good choice for establishments that carry out back-to-back orders.
The Lang 260T commercial gas griddle sits on adjustable legs that can raise or lower from 1.38 inches to 4 inches. This lifted design prevents the countertop from scorching, and it opens up commonly hard-to-reach places beneath the unit for cleaning. Lined with 5.5-inch-tall rear and side splash guards, hot popping grease won't splash onto nearby surfaces; it remains on the plate for easy drainage into the grease trough and two 8-quart stainless steel grease drawers, streamlining removal.
