Lang 236TC Description
Featuring a 1-inch-thick chrome griddle plate that won't warp after extensive use, the Lang 236TC LG Series gas griddle is designed for high-volume production. A 27,000-BTU burner heats each 12-inch section of the 36-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep plate, and the three electronically ignited burners are controlled by three Accu-Temp™ snap-action thermostats with a temperature range between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Embedded 0.19-inch below the plate's surface, internal sensors ensure instant response and quick recovery for back-to-back orders.
The Lang 236TC commercial griddle has a 36.1-inch width, 31.6-inch depth, and 20.2-inch height to ensure a small footprint on a countertop. Lifted by four legs that can adjust from 1.38 inches to 4 inches, this griddle enables users to clean hard-to-reach areas underneath the unit, and the surface beneath the griddle won't get scorched due to the supportive design. Its corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction protects against damage in humid kitchen environments, and its 5.5-inch rear and side splash guards prevent hot grease and fat from splashing onto nearby surfaces. For simplified grease cleanup, users can scrape leftover runoff into the 3.5-inch by 1-inch grease trough, which drains into the 8-quart grease drawer.
