Lang 148CMW Description
For focused, energy-efficient operation, the Lang 148CMW 240 wall-mounted electric cheese melter divides its infrared quartz heating surface into independent left and right zones. Its plate-activated off-on function senses pressure changes to prevent accidental initiation. The removable back panel streamlines service access, while the chrome-plated wire rack shifts thick or thin cuts on four positions for uniform heat contact. Made of aluminized and stainless steel, it minimizes visible abrasion and measures 48 inches wide by 16 4⁄5 inches deep by 21 7⁄10 inches high. Its constant heat setting holds the cavity at 1,650 degrees Fahrenheit to handle high-volume output.
