Lang 136CMW Description
The Lang 136CMW 240 electric cheese melter includes wall-mounting brackets to keep the countertop clear for prep and assembly. Measuring 36 inches wide by 16 4⁄5 inches deep by 21 7⁄10 inches high, it houses powerful infrared quartz heaters that operate at 1,650 degrees Fahrenheit to quickly melt toppings. A constant heat setting delivers uninterrupted heating, while an instant off-on function responds to pressure for safe activation. Crafted for long-term durability and flexible configuration, the aluminized and stainless steel frame resists deformation and incorporates a removable back panel. The chrome-plated wire rack moves between four positions to control browning intensity.
