Lang 136CMW Description
The Lang 136CMW 208 electric cheese melter uses a four-position chrome-plated wire rack that raises or lowers food for varying levels of doneness. Fitted with brackets and a removable back panel, it supports wall-mounted or pass-thru layouts. Its constant heat setting accommodates continuous production, while infrared quartz heaters reach up to 1,650 degrees Fahrenheit to provide concentrated radiant heat for rapid caramelization. Measuring 36 inches wide by 16 4⁄5 inches deep by 21 7⁄10 inches high, the aluminized and stainless steel cabinet offers a smooth surface for fast wipe-downs. A plate-activated instant off-on function saves energy between service hours.
