Lang 148CMW Description
The Lang 148CMW 208 electric cheese melter features aluminized and stainless steel construction that holds its shape through frequent handling and high-temperature exposure. Supported by sturdy brackets, its 48-inch-wide by 16 4⁄5-inch-deep by 21 7⁄10-inch-high wall-mounted body creates a convenient finishing station without occupying valuable counter space. The removable back panel enables dual-sided access into the cabinet, where a four-position chrome-plated wire rack modifies food placement for light melting or pronounced browning. A plate-activated instant off-on function responds automatically as dishes enter and leave the heating area. To eliminate lengthy pre-heating, independent infrared quartz heaters offer constant 1,650-degree-Fahrenheit performance.
