IKON IR-6-36 Description
With six burners and an oven base, the IKON IR-6-36 natural-gas-powered range can saute, fry, cook, broil, or bake for flexibility. Each burner has a 30,000-BTU output and features a 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron grate, and the heat levels can be modified with the manual controls. A full pull-out crumb tray captures grease and debris to ease cleanup, while the stainless steel back riser protects adjacent areas from popping oil. A standard 26 1⁄2-inch-wide by 22 1⁄2-inch-deep by 18-inch-high oven is built beneath the burners and includes two oven racks with three position options. For lasting durability and simplified cleaning, the oven's interior door, sides, and hearth are porcelain coated.
Although this IKON IR-6-36 commercial range is heated with natural gas, it can be adapted to use LP gas with the included conversion kit. Great for compact kitchens, it measures 36 inches wide by 30 1⁄5 inches deep by 59 1⁄5 inches high and is positioned on four 6 1⁄5-inch casters that ease transport for maintenance or cleaning. Its stainless steel front and back riser resist rust, corrosion, and wear to preserve the range's original condition through high-volume use, and pots, pans, and cooking utensils can be conveniently stored on the riser's removable shelf.
