Southbend HDC-36 36" Gas Charbroiler w/ Cast Iron Grates, Liquid Propane

The Southbend HDC-36 charbroiler is heated by propane through cast iron radiants and stainless steel burners. Six burners are evenly spaced with individual control valves so different kinds of product can be prepared at the same time. Liquids and food particles are kept from making a mess on other surfaces with the 5-inch rear and side splashes, and heat is retained with the insulated double wall sides. The Southbend HDC-36 charbroiler has a stainless and aluminized steel exterior that withstands heavy use.
