The cabinet is constructed of white powder-coated steel with a spraying aluminum interior liner and includes four adjustable wire shelves. LED lighting positioned above the interior chamber improves visibility, and the unit is mounted on heavy-duty casters with leveling feet to support mobility and stability.
The Migali MP-24F-HC reach-in freezer maintains internal temperatures between -22 and 5 degrees Fahrenheit using an eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and direct cooling system. Temperature regulation is managed by a digital microprocessor controller, and the unit includes 3 inches of insulation to help minimize temperature fluctuation. A built-in USB data logger records and stores up to 12 months of temperature data.
