Migali C-F75-NG Description

The tube burners in the Migali C-F75-NG commercial fryer are submerged in oil in the frypot—a design that encourages efficient heat transfer but can make thorough cleaning difficult. A cold zone under the burners prevents sediment from burning by holding it at less hot temperatures between filterings. Because this area is large, the fryer works well with breaded items and other products that have a lot of debris.

Because this Migali C-F75-NG gas fryer is powered by natural gas, it requires a flue to direct excess heat and fumes to the hood ventilation system. This gas unit is much less efficient than electric units, but many chefs prefer gas fryers over electric since the electric ones use a lot of power. Equipped with a range between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, the thermostat enables users to adjust and set the temperature. Protecting crucial components, the unit has a high-temperature limit at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

not sure if i would buy this product again

Purchased two fryers. They are used 2-3 days a week. One unit works great. The other unit works great when the gas pilot light stays lit. Have contacted the manufacturer. They responded quickly to our concern and promised to find a tech to inspect for the problem. Two weeks now. Still waiting.
