Town MasterRange® Full Size Commercial Smoker Oven - Liquid Propane (SM-36-L-SS-P)

For smoking and barbecuing meats, the Town SM-36-L-SS-P commercial smokehouse's analog thermostat can be adjusted from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit once its pilot light is ignited. The combustion chamber's five aluminized steel tubular burners warm the stainless steel water pan positioned on a 3⁄16-inch-thick steel baffle to create a moist environment. As grease falls onto the drip shields, they generate smoke. A stainless steel safety grate located at a drip shield's bottom prevents cooked foods from falling into the drip pan. During operation, employees can monitor gas pressure with the pressure regulator, and a safety pilot system minimizes gas buildup.

The Town SM-36-L-SS-P smoke oven measures 36 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 70 3⁄4 inches high and features galvanized steel sides, front, top, and rear and a heat- and corrosion-resistant aluminized steel interior. While its perforated top evenly distributes heat to minimize temperature fluctuations, its insulated cabinet preserves generated temperatures for energy conservation. The cabinet's two cooking levels accommodate the six included stainless steel skewers that can support suspended ribs and tenderloin. Its right-hinged door is flush mounted for a sleek, unobtrusive look, and its 7 3⁄4-inch stainless steel legs can be adjusted as necessary.
