The Town SM-30-R-SS-P commercial smokehouse oven is constructed of a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior, insulated with 1 inch of fiberglass to maintain consistent heat. The unit includes two cooking levels, which are complemented by six stainless steel skewers to accommodate versatile food preparation. A left-hinged solid flush-mounted door with a steel-reinforced frame and two swivel latches ensures secure operation, while thermostatic controls allow precise management of the temperature range between 125 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
Built for efficient operation, the Town SM-30-R-SS-P smoker oven features a removable perforated top panel to improve airflow and aluminized steel drip shields for easier cleaning. Its 4-inch top-mounted flue directs smoke and heat safely away from the cooking area, and the oven is supported by 7 3⁄4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs for stable placement. Additional features include a drip pan set with a 3⁄16-inch reinforced steel baffle and a pressure regulator to enhance safety and performance.
