Town SM-30-L-SS-N Description
Designed for effective operation, the Town SM-30-L-SS-N smoker oven includes a removable perforated top baffle panel to improve airflow and aluminized steel drip shields for easy maintenance. The 4-inch top-mounted flue directs smoke and heat away efficiently, while the 73⁄4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability on uneven surfaces. Additional features include a drip pan set with a 3⁄16-inch reinforced steel baffle and a pressure regulator for safe operation.
The Town SM-24-R-SS-N commercial smokehouse oven features two cooking levels and operates within a temperature range of 125 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, adjusted via thermostatic controls. Constructed of a stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior, it includes 1 inch of fiberglass insulation to retain heat efficiently. This unit also features a right-hinged solid flush-mounted door with a steel-reinforced frame and two swivel latches for secure operation, and six stainless steel skewers are included for convenient food preparation.
