Town 57137 Description
This Town 57137 RiceMaster® rice cooker can cook rice in 43 minutes due to elements inside the body that heat the rice evenly. Heat stays inside the insulated double walls while a heated cover ensures the rice is warm even on top. In case the elements get too hot, a high-temperature limit switch monitors the temperature and turns off the heat to prevent long-term damage. The water level is checked by a sensor so rice does not get soft and overcooked. When the water level gets low, the cooker automatically transitions to hold mode, which keeps rice at 150 degrees Fahrenheit. For longevity, the Town 57137 rice cooker has water-resistant controls and a reinforced body, and because the pot can be removed, cleanup is quick.
