Wolf WX60-10BN Description
From the WX series, the Wolf WX60-10BN restaurant range is mounted on a fully-welded frame designed for durability and longevity. The front, back riser, and high shelf are made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and durability. The unit uses natural gas to heat its equipment and must be installed via the rear gas connection for operation. To maintain safe pressure, the unit is fitted with a gas regulator.
The Wolf WX60-10BN range features a 10-burner array along the top of the unit. Each grate measures 12 inches by 12 inches and is fitted with an aeration bowl and lift-off head. Below the range are the two standard-sized ovens, which feature a stainless steel interior with a porcelain bottom and door liner. A wire rack is included in each oven and is adjustable in four positions. The burners and ovens are controlled via the manual knobs.
