Wolf ACB72 Description
The Wolf ACB72 gas charbroiler has one 17,000 BTU burner and an infinite heat control valve for each of the 13 burners. Adjustment marks are engraved on the front panel so adjusting the valves is easy. The diamond grates that sit above the burners and heat the food are 51⁄4 inches wide and are made from cast iron for durability. A cool zone in the grease trough is created by heat being pushed up by the heat deflector tray system. Heat transfer is minimized to enhance multiple-zoned cooking capabilities with the supercharger burner dividers. This unit is heated by propane gas.
