Wolf ACB47 Description
The Wolf ACB47 charbroiler has eight natural gas-powered burners, which are evenly spaced and individually controlled by heat control valves. Engraved valve adjustment marks track temperature changes, and since the burners are controlled by separate knobs, staff members can prepare burgers, chicken, and vegetables at the same time. To prevent heat from transferring from one area to another, this unit comes with burner dividers.
The Wolf ACB47 charbroiler has a heavy-duty welded chassis and a durable stainless steel construction, enabling staff to wipe it clean quickly. A heat deflector tray system creates a cold zone in the bottom-mounted grease drawer by reflecting heat upwards. This feature prevents particles of food from sticking to the surface, keeping the charbroiler clean.
