Wolf ACB47 Description
The Wolf ACB47 charbroiler is equipped with heavy-duty cast iron grates and radiants to infuse food with a smoky, grilled flavor, cooking with a 17,000-BTU burner under each of the eight grates. Liquid propane evenly heats the cooking surface, while independent infinite heat valves inhibit heat transfer, enabling different foods to be cooked on each grate. Adjustable legs enable the charbroiler to be placed on uneven surfaces, and its grease drawer is cooled by a heat-deflecting system to ease cleanup. Because this unit is made of stainless steel, it is suitable for high-volume use.
