Wolf ACB36 Description
The Wolf ACB36 countertop gas charbroiler has a 36-inch cooking surface with six broilers to infuse meat and vegetables with a smoky flavor during cooking. Each broiler has a high-range infinite heat control valve with engraved adjustment marks. Simplifying cleaning, the chassis and trims are made of stainless steel, and the cast iron top grates are virtually indestructible. Adjustable legs enable customized working space, and supercharger burner dividers reduce heat transfer between sections so multiple foods can be cooked simultaneously.
- All-welded stainless steel chassis, top trim, backsplash, control panel, and grease trough increase durability and facilitate cleaning
- Heavy-duty char radiants are made of cast iron, which heats evenly and is extremely durable
- Standing pilot ignition system can be lit quickly
