Compatible with dry pantries and humid walk-in units or dishrooms, the Focus FPS2430VNGN FPS-Plus™ shelf is safe in temperatures between -20 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Promoting air circulation around stored items, the removable polypropylene shelf mat is vented; this design helps prevent dust from accumulating in dry storage and ensures cold air is distributed evenly in refrigerators and freezers. The wire frame has an epoxy coating for corrosion resistance while all components have antimicrobial protection that inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria. This shelf measures 30 inches wide by 24 inches deep and can support 800 pounds of evenly distributed weight.
