It's safe in temperatures between -20 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit and can be installed in wet or dry environments. Operators can use this shelf in traditional pantries, humid dishrooms, or cold walk-in refrigerators and freezers. Because its polypropylene shelf mat is vented, this shelf facilitates uniform airflow to maintain stable temperatures and prevent dust buildup. The wire frame is made of carbon steel with durable zinc plating; for corrosion resistance, it's coated in epoxy. All these components use an antimicrobial agent to slow the growth of bacteria.
