This rack meets HAACP guidelines for dry storage with an open grid design that encourages air circulation to prevent condensation buildup. Finished with chromate, the shelf resists corrosion when placed in dry storage areas. Its wire mat rests on the frame and is removable to expedite cleaning and maintenance.
