A three-sided frame made of 1-inch square tubes provides support and storage underneath the rack. The wire mat is removable for cleaning and sits offset on the frame to prevent posts from snagging or puncturing stored bagged items. The open wire design facilitates airflow to reduce moisture buildup. Leveling feet on the bottom of the frame provide further stability.
