Cast Iron
I Have lots of antique cast iron that I use everyday.....but this flat skillet I didnt have....I had always wanted one to make biscuits on so I bought it to try......love it love it...browned my biscuits to perfection in about 12 minutes...cooked evenly....didn't stick....and now my husband has another skillet he can't use as this one will be kept for just biscuits...lol....along with my fried tater only one...and my cornbread only one.....can't wait to try the other things I bought...will definitely be back to buy again
