The Lodge BL77DG Blacklock griddle is triple seasoned for a naturally easy-release surface that improves with use. Its integrated handles support confident handling when repositioning. Spanning two burners, this rectangular griddle measures 20 1⁄5 inches long by 10 inches wide and features raised edges to contain drips and splatter. It's made of black cast iron, performing reliably on the stove top, in the oven, or over a grill or campfire. To preserve its seasoned finish, this piece is not dishwasher safe.
