The Shortening Shuttle® 01-SS-709-T Description
The Shortening Shuttle® 01-SS-709-T disposal unit is designed to accommodate 80 pounds of shortening. When filing, the perforated baffle screen should be put in place to catch any debris. Leaning and pivoting may be necessary to empty the contents into an appropriate dumpster. This unit is fitted with polycarbonate handles and measures 15 9⁄10 inches wide by 57 1⁄2 inches high.
