With a durable 1⁄10-inch thick aluminum body, the Shortening Shuttle® 01-SS-709 waste cooking oil carrier ensures safe and efficient oil disposal in high-volume kitchens. The lean and pivot function provides controlled emptying to minimize spills. Measuring 15 9⁄10 inches wide by 49 1⁄10 inches high, it holds up to 70 pounds of used oil and features double-walled seams for added strength. A perforated baffle screen filters out debris.
