Accommodating 18 sixth-size pans, the Randell PT48-18W-L3 refrigerated prep table measures 48 inches wide and includes a stainless steel hinged roll cover. To provide a comfortably accessible prep space, this unit features a full-length composite cutting board that's mounted 34.75 inches above the floor. It has a stainless steel exterior for durability and an aluminum interior with coved corners to enable thorough cleaning. Designed with 6-inch casters, this prep table facilitates movement for cleaning purposes.

The Randell PT48-18W-L sandwich and salad prep table is designed with self-closing doors mounted on concealed hinges. To ensure that users' clothes don't become caught, the door handles are recessed. Operating with magnetic press-fit gaskets, the table ensures an airtight seal to reduce energy loss. Enabling it to accommodate pans as deep as 6 inches, this unit features raised rim cutouts and a recessed pan ledge. Its side shelf supports are molded in for additional stability.
