Built for demanding concession environments, the Gold Medal 2011-00-801 Pop-O-Gold popcorn machine combines a high-capacity 32-ounce kettle with a sturdy base and advanced performance features. It comes pre-wired for a pump system and includes a brute-force kettle drive motor with salt and sweet control for product flexibility. The unit is equipped with the Big Eye Electronic Heat Control system to maintain optimal popping conditions and includes a dual oil pump. A red and white LED-illuminated "Popcorn" sign is standard, while an optional LED neon sign with red "popcorn" and yellow "puffs" is available. This counter model popper comes mounted on a matching stainless base and is compatible with the 2114E Bucket Pump or the 2257 Bag-in-a-Box system.
