Chicago Metallic 45727 Description
The Chicago Metallic 45727 mini loaf pan is made of aluminized steel for strength and high-heat use. It makes up to 28 mini loaves, and the cutouts measure 3 7⁄8 inches by 2 1⁄2 inches. A wire in the rim creates structure and enables the pan to be used in a pan rack; its square corners are easy to grab. The Chicago Metallic 45727 mini loaf pan comes with a glaze called AMERICOAT® ePlus that prevents stains and helps remove the mini loaves.
