Chicago Metallic 44896 Description
The Chicago Metallic 44896 full-sized sheet pan measures 25 13⁄16 inches long by 17 7⁄8 inches wide by 1 inch high. It's constructed of durable 18-gauge aluminum and coated in an AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze to reduce food stains and deliver lasting performance. While its rims are strengthened with built-in wires, its bottom is perforated with 1⁄8-inch holes for excellent heat circulation. Designed with Stayflat® technology, this piece reduces the risk of bowing in high temperatures.
