Chicago Metallic 44690 Description
The Chicago Metallic 44690 full-size sheet pan measures 25 7⁄8 inches long by 17 7⁄8 inches wide by 1 inch high and is suitable for roasting chicken, Brussels sprouts, and rolls. Its perforated bottom enables optimal air circulation and heat distribution, while its StayFlat® technology ensures the bottom doesn't warp when exposed to extreme heat. It's made of durable 16-gauge aluminum and coated with an AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze, increasing longevity and reducing need for oil by 50 percent. To provide a sturdy siding and ease the transport process, its rim has a built-in wire.
