Chicago Metallic's 44650 Pullman loaf pan measures 16 inches long and 4 inches wide. The pan is built with 26-gauge aluminized steel and its rim is reinforced with wire to give it strength and a resistance to warping. This loaf pan can be covered with the 44650 pan cover, which is sold separately.
