With its AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze, the Chicago Metallic 40808 sheet pan's coating provides increased durability and reduces oil usage. Its StayFlat® technology keeps its bottom from bowing in high heat, while its 18-gauge construction protects against dents. This pan's rim is banded for additional sidewall strength. Overall, it measures 25 13⁄16 inches long by 17 7⁄8 inches wide by 1 inch high and can be washed in a commercial dish machine.
