Its StayFlat® technology keeps its bottom from bowing in high heat, while its 18-gauge construction protects against dents. This pan's rim is banded for additional sidewall strength. Overall, it measures 25¹³/₁₆ inches long by 17⁷/₈ inches wide by 1 inch high and can be washed in a commercial dish machine.
