Chicago Metallic 40698 Description
For high tensile strength, the Chicago Metallic 40698 sheet pan’s 16-gauge aluminum body is reinforced with a wire that runs through its elevated edge. It measures 25 13⁄16 inches long by 17 7⁄8 inches wide by 1 inch high and is coated in an AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze—a silicone-based glaze that is stain resistant and nonstick to reduce oil usage. Designed with Stayflat® technology, its base withstands extreme heat, reducing the risk of warping during use.
