The FWE R-AS-10 one-section refrigerator has a bottom-mounted refrigeration system that cools with 404a refrigerant. The self-contained condenser streamlines installation so it can be used upon arrival, and when the condenser needs to be cleaned, a reminder will alert employees. This unit maintains temperatures lower than 40 degrees Fahrenheit when the door is kept open for 1 1⁄2 hours, and an alarm will alert users of the open door so they can close it. The temperature can be controlled with an adjustable thermostat.
To facilitate loading and unloading, the tray slides in the FWE R-AS-10 reach-in refrigerator are removable, and the cabinet can hold (20) 14-inch by 18-inch or (10) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. The solid door retains cold air, and the magnetic gaskets ensure a tight seal. With a stainless steel construction, this unit is strong enough to handle frequent use in a commercial setting.
