FWE PH-BCC-HS Description
The FWE PH-BCC-HS half-size proofer oven is built for efficient proofing and holding applications, making it ideal for commercial kitchens. With a capacity to hold four 18-inch by 26-inch pans or eight 12-inch by 20-inch pans, this unit includes four removable slides for versatile pan arrangements. It features a recessed control panel with separate air temperature and moisture controls, ensuring precise operation. The removable 12-inch by 20-inch humidity pan supports proper moisture levels, while the magnetic workflow handle simplifies access during busy kitchen hours.
Constructed with a welded stainless steel base frame and insulated with high-density fiberglass, the FWE PH-BCC-HS proofer oven ensures durability and heat retention. It is equipped with two Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating elements, providing a maximum holding temperature of 190 degrees Fahrenheit. For mobility, the unit is fitted with 5-inch casters, including front brakes for secure positioning.
