FWE PH-BCC-FS Description
The FWE PH-BCC-FS full-size proofer oven is designed for precise baking and proofing needs, making it an excellent choice for professional kitchens. It holds four 18-inch by 26-inch pans or eight 12-inch by 20-inch pans, supported by four removable interior slides. Featuring a stainless steel construction and a welded base frame, the unit is insulated with high-density fiberglass to ensure consistent heat retention and lasting durability.
Equipped with advanced heating features, the FWE PH-BCC-FS proofer oven includes two Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating elements. Its recessed control panel offers separate air temperature and moisture controls, allowing operators to maintain optimal conditions for baking and proofing. The oven includes a 12-inch by 20-inch removable humidity pan to support moisture control.
