FWE P-180-2 Description
The FWE P-180-2 heated meal delivery cart has heavy-duty stainless steel doors with heat-tolerant gaskets that won't deform or become loose after exposed to high temperatures. For fast reference, its front-facing control panel is mounted at eye level, and the controls are recessed to prevent unintended adjustments. A continuous read thermostat tracks the cabinet's internal temperature and digitally displays readings even when the unit is unplugged for transit.
Inside the FWE P-108-2 heated meal delivery cart, three wire shelves can support 180 covered plates, and 14-gauge shelf support brackets prevent bending and sagging from heavy loads. The built-in Humi-Temp system regulates the flow of hot, moist air, preserving the taste and texture of stored meals until they're served. To clean or refill the humidity reservoir, users can remove it from the cabinet. For mobility, the cart has four 6-inch casters installed at the base, all of which swivel and have brakes for maximum control around tight corners and small hallways.
