FWE P-120-2 Description
The FWE P-120-2 120 heated meal delivery cart makes a good option for high-volume facilities that need to transport food long distances from the kitchen. Its Humi-Temp system keeps as many as 120 covered plates warm and moist, preserving optimal texture as the meals are transported. Because of its rolling casters, users can push the delivery cart from place to place without struggling, and the two casters that swivel also have brakes to lock the machine in place.
A wraparound bumper encircles the FWE P-120-2 120 tray transport cart, removing sharp corners and edges and preventing damage to walls and doors. Users can direct the cart to the desired location by gripping the heavy-duty stainless steel push bar handles, and they can access the interior by opening the insulated stainless steel doors. Inside, a blower fan moves air gently throughout the cabinet, delivering heat and moisture to every plate for uniform quality.
