FWE LCH-6-6-SK-G2 Description

The FWE LCH-6-6-SK-G2 low temp cook and hold smoker cabinet oven is a dual-deck solution ideal for high-capacity kitchens. Each deck accommodates eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch pans, supported by three welded rod-style tray slides and three stainless steel rod-type shelves. Its 20-gauge polished exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior with coved corners ensure durability and simplify cleaning, while ceramic and fiberglass insulation retain heat effectively.

Built for precision, the FWE LCH-6-6-SK-G2 smoker cabinet oven uses a low-volume air circulation system to provide radiant heat and forced air convection. Its heat system includes multiple Incoloy sheathed heating elements and an insulated smoker element, producing smoke for up to four hours. Operators can customize recipes with eight programmable presets, timer and probe monitoring, and an automatic switch to hold mode. Cleanup is easy with an external removable drip pan.
