FWE LCH-18 Description

The FWE LCH-18 full-size cook-and-hold oven's heating system uses low air circulation to reach temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit when cooking and 190 degrees Fahrenheit when holding product at temperature. Using a top-located control panel, operators can adjust the heat levels, switch between cook and hold modes, and monitor the temperature using the LED display screen. Temperature monitoring is facilitated by a probe in the cabinet that can be placed inside the food. Operators can also preset as many as eight recipes so that the oven remembers previous cook times and can be activated using the touch of a button. These settings are lockable to prevent tampering or accidental changes.

The 12 tray slides in the FWE LCH-18 cook-and-hold oven can be adjusted by 1 1⁄2 inches to accommodate a variety of product heights. This unit has a removable drip tray in the bottom interior, so if grease drips or food debris falls, it is caught for quick cleanup. To further keep the unit clean, the interior corners are coved and prevent bacteria-harboring food particles from getting trapped in crevices. Made of stainless steel, this unit can withstand use for many years without wear and tear. If it needs to be moved to a new location in the kitchen, its four casters aid in mobility.
