The Stoelting F122-38I2 margarita machine utilizes IntelliTec2™ control features for efficient operation. These tamper-proof controls sense product consistency and temperature, include standby and sleep modes to reduce energy usage, and have performance and error logs for monitoring. To withstand constant use, a light shines when margarita mix is low to alert employees to refilling needs. Its air-cooled refrigeration system utilizes eco-friendly R-448A refrigerant.
To serve two flavor options, the Stoelting F122-38I2 frozen drink machine includes two 12-quart hoppers and two 8.5-quart freezing cylinders. Product can be monitored as it mixes through the unit's clear door. It's built with a filtered bottom air inlet for side-by-side installation with other pieces of equipment, and it fits on a countertop to minimize its footprint in a crowded environment.
