Stoelting E112-37 Description
The polycarbonate door on the Stoelting E112-37 margarita machine is clear to provide a view of product as it mixes. When margarita mix begins to run low, a light will shine to inform employees that a refill is needed. This unit can be used to serve one flavor, accommodating 14 1⁄2 quarts in its hopper and 5 quarts in its freezing cylinder. To enable installing the machine directly next to another piece of equipment, it's built with a filtered bottom air inlet.
The Stoelting E112-37 frozen drink machine has an air-cooled refrigeration system that's self-contained to streamline installation. It cools with eco-friendly R-448A refrigerant, while its on-demand defrost feature reduces ice buildup for consistent results.
